RGP Security provides experienced, high-quality SIA Qualified Professional Door Supervisors at Licenced Premises, Private Functions, and Events.
We cover a wide variety of venues working closely with the Licensee, operating to their licensing conditions and operational requirements. We prepare bespoke Assignment Instructions (AI's) and Risk Assessments (RA's) for each venue or event after consultation with venue/event management.
Venue AI's are reviewed on a monthly basis and RA's are reviewed annually.

RGP always assigns a highly experienced Head Door Supervisor to lead door-teams and act as first liaison with venue management. It is our company policy to review all Door Supervisors on a monthly basis in order to identify further training needs (if required), helping to continue their personal development and professional knowledge.
Monthly reviews are carried out by RGPs Compliance Manager, General Manager or Managing Director.

RGP Security - Standard Policy statement
RGP Security Officers & Door Supervisors are licensed and comply to the Security Industry Authority (SIA) standards.
RGP staff are SIA Badge holders, with qualifications in Close Protection, Door Supervision, Security CCTV(PSS).

It is a mandatory requirement that RGP Officers are regularly reviewed and developed to hold an NVQ Providing Security Services Level 2 Certificate through our reputable Training Providers and Accredited Awarding Bodies.
All RGP Officers are Level 2 (Emergency & Paediatric) First Aid at Worked trained.
All RGP Officers assigned to ground works or industrial sites will hold a SHEA Gas Passport.
RGP will assign specific Officers in order to meet the Assignment requirements.

RGP Security Officers & Door Supervisors will have excellent communication with all of our clientele and their customers.

RGP Security Officers & Door Supervisors will always be smartly attired in the correct uniform and correct PPE (where required).

All RGP personnel will maintain a positive and willing attitude at all times.
