We cover a wide variety of venues working closely with the Licensee, operating to their licensing conditions and operational requirements. We prepare bespoke Assignment Instructions (AI's) and Risk Assessments (RA's) for each venue or event after consultation with venue/event management.

Venue AI's are reviewed on a monthly basis and RA's are reviewed annually.

RGP always assigns a highly experienced Head Door Supervisor to lead door-teams and act as first liaison with venue management.  It is our company policy to review all Door Supervisors on a monthly basis in order to identify further training needs (if required), helping to continue their personal development and professional knowledge.

Monthly reviews are carried out by RGPs Compliance Manager, General Manager or Managing Director.
