RGP Security - Policy statement

RGP Security Officers & Door Supervisors staff will be Licensed SIA Badge holders
​​​
It is a mandatory requirement that RGP Officers are regularly reviewed and developed to hold an NVQ Providing Security Services Level 2 Certificate through our reputable Training Providers and Accredited Awarding Bodies.
All RGP Officers are Level 2 (Emergency & Paediatric) First Aid at Worked trained.
RGP will assign specific Officers in order to meet the Assignment requirements.

RGP Security Officers & Door Supervisors will be ethical and socially aware with excellent communication with all clientele, customers and guests.

RGP Security Officers & Door Supervisors will always be smartly attired in the correct uniform and correct PPE (where required).

All RGP personnel will maintain a positive can-do attitude at all times.
